WHERE WE SHIP

Twillvale currently ships within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

The free shipping threshold is based on the eligible merchandise value of the order, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders generally require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping generally takes 5–12 business days after an order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order.

Twillvale is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Although we work with our shipping carriers to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Delays may result from severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TAX

Currently, no additional taxes are charged during the checkout process for any of our products. Any applicable taxes are already included in the product price, so you do not need to pay anything extra.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package.

You should also contact the applicable carrier using the tracking information provided.

Twillvale may assist with delivery investigations where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or other resolution for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately due to fulfillment arrangements.

If this occurs, you may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Twillvale. If an item does not work out, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

· Unworn, unwashed, and unused

· In its original and resalable condition

· Returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable

· Free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use

· Free from damage, alterations, or other conditions that affect resale

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item, or if an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival, Twillvale will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will determine whether it meets the return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We do not provide store credit in place of an eligible refund.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If the return or refund is the result of an error attributable to Twillvale, the applicable shipping charges may also be refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Twillvale does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is approved and your refund has been processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.

PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

If an order was placed using a discount, promotion, or other offer, the refund amount will generally be based on the actual amount paid for the returned item after applicable discounts.

Returning part of an order may affect the promotional eligibility or discount applied to the remaining items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photos showing the issue.

After verification, Twillvale may provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and available inventory.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide your order number. We can arrange a cancellation before the order has shipped; however, once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN ABUSE

Twillvale reserves the right to refuse or limit returns where we reasonably believe that a customer is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or repeated return activity.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
